Every Sponsor must appoint an "Bundle Administrator"

Bundle Administrators sign up and pay for the account

Bundle Administrators add all of the Sponsors Members and Manage the account

Sponsorships and Apricot Bundle Memberships

• Each Sponsorship group is referred to as a “Bundle” in the Apricot platform
• Each Bundle has a defined number of members allowed as determined by their sponsorship level
• Each Sponsor must assign an Administrator to oversee and operate the Bundle account

• The Administrator must go to www.wahrmm.org and choose the chapter (AZ, CO, UT) of their membership
• Go to the "Membership" drop down and choose either "Provider" or "Vendor" sponsorship
• Choose sponsorship type (Elite or Club for RMAHRMM and Gold, Silver or Bronze for AZ and CO)
• Follow the prompts to sign up and pay
• The Administrator will receive an email to confirm their registration and activate the account

ADDING MEMBERS TO A BUNDLE (SPONSORSHIP)

• Members of a sponsoring organization must be added to the Bundle Account by the Administrator
• Administrator signs in at the "Person" icon in the top right and clicks "View Profile"
• Go to “Bundle Summary” section and click the "Add Member" button
• Enter contact details: Name, Organization and Email
• The newly added member will receive an email confirmation and will respond to the email to add a password and activate the account
