What is CAHRMM?The Colorado Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management are a passionate group of individuals interested in advancing and understanding the healthcare supply chain. CAHRMM members come from a diverse group of providers, suppliers, and GPO’s and share a common interest in professional development and industry advancement. The Vision of CAHRMMWe will provide an effective means by which local supply chain professionals in the healthcare industry can network, find educational opportunities, receive recognition, and achieve industry-specific professional development. Membership InformationChapter membership is designed to be very accessible. Are you interested in healthcare supply chain? Are you living? Do you have $55.00? If you answered yes to all three, you are qualified to participate. Membership provides access to bi-annual meetings and events hosted by the chapter and ensures you receive important communications and education. Sign UpMeetings and EventsMeetings are held bi-annually and are temporarily hosted online over video but are generally hosted by one of the healthcare providers located in the Denver area. HAYDEN BYERCO-PRESIDENTCurrently an independent strategic supply chain consultant with Byer Solutions, LLC. Hayden is a Certified Materials & Resource Professional with over 15 years of Supply Chain Experience in Colorado, Georgia and Florida. He received his Bachelors of Science in Management from Florida State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. Hayden is a member of both National AHRMM and the Colorado chapter and has a passion for expanding the scope and capability of Supply Chain Operations. | Todd BengtsonCO-PRESIDENT &VENDOR RELATIONS CHAIRTodd Bengtson is a Healthcare Account Executive for Tecsys inc. in the Pacific and Mountain West region. Todd is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new partnerships, and assisting in solution design. Prior to joining Tecsys, Todd spent 4 years with Cardinal Health and 14 years with Intalere, in business development and Strategic Account management. Todd earned his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Portland State University. Todd currently resides in Bend, OR. | Kelly ScriberSECRETARYKelly Scriber is currently a Value Analysis Manager for UCHealth’s Supply Chain, responsible for managing the Orthopedic and Spine surgical lines for UCHealth. After graduating from CU Anschutz with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Kelly started her career in healthcare working as an Operating Room Nurse and later advanced into leadership as an Associate Nurse Manager at UCHealth’s Anschutz Campus OR. Three years ago, she joined UCHealth’s Supply Chain team continuing her commitment to patient care and positive patient outcomes through product standardization and utilization initiatives. Kelly also serves as Co-Chair of UCHealth’s Supplier Diversity Program. | Herman LovatoTREASURERHerman is an experienced leader in multiple non-clinical and clinical operations, system strategy, support services, hospital, and ambulatory. Also, as an experienced Supply Chain leader he delivers continuous financial results balances cost while focusing on quality and outcomes. Recognized as JHC top 10 people to watch in healthcare contracting. A member of National AHRMM and presented at multiple conferences sharing his team’s successes with other industry leaders. He received his Master of Business Administration, Regis University and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, Regis University in Denver, CO. He is currently a system leader at Intermountain Healthcare supporting a region that now delivers care throughout Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Montana. |
Christopher KerdoCOMMUNICATIONS CHAIRWith over fifteen years of experience, including five years in leadership, Chris brings a deep understanding of the end-to-end complexities of healthcare supply chain management. His expertise spans inventory control, purchasing, and contracting for ED, OR, ASCs, and Pharmacies. He has have a vast knowledge of medical and surgical products, clinical equipment, implants, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, his experience includes warehouse distribution and healthcare logistics coordination through 1PL and 3PL courier and fleet administration. Currently, he is a Senior Buyer/Planner in the biotech space, for Medtronic contributing to planning production lead times and procuring raw materials for medical device manufacturing. | Deric GallagherEDUCATION CHAIRDeric Gallagher is currently a Supply Chain Manager at Centura Health, responsible for the front of house at St. Anthony North Hospital. After graduating from University of Colorado with a Masters Degree in Supply Chain, he started a corporate analyst role, and progressed towards site leadership. Most recently he is proud of his front line team’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, but strives to create an environment with less firefighting. In his free time, he coaches high school tennis and enjoys snowboard trips with his friends. | Tim LoftisBOARD ADVISORTim Loftis serves as Board Advisor for CAHRMM and was instrumental in establishing and developing the chapter. He has been an AHRMM member for 10 years and serves as the President of the RMAHRMM where he has been Communications Chair, Website Manager, Intreim Treasurer, and Secretary. Tim is proud to have worked hand-in-hand with the CAHRMM team to initiate and develop this chapter and also leads the West Region AHRMM. He is the West Region Sales Director for Tecsys, the only comprehensive software solution for the healthcare supply chain and a leader in the industry.
