Case Competition Overview

The CAHRMM Case Competition is designed to provide students with a rigorous, real-world learning experience centered on current challenges in healthcare supply chain management. Teams are presented with a structured case scenario, clear evaluation criteria, and defined submission requirements to ensure a fair and transparent competition. All entries are reviewed by a qualified panel of industry and academic professionals using standardized judging guidelines, reinforcing the integrity of the process and the educational value of participation.

Competition Focus

The case will explore a pressing issue at the intersection of supply chain and healthcare, challenging students to analyze complex systems, balance operational and clinical priorities, and propose practical, innovative solutions. This focus offers participants hands-on exposure to the realities of healthcare supply chain decision-making while strengthening critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a highly relevant industry context.

Competition Deadlines

All competitions will follow the same timeline:


-Sign up at anytime. 

-Case released 4 weeks before the event date.

-Case deliverables due 1 week before event date.

Faculty Sign Up

Faculty members who are sponsoring students are expected to sign up under the "CAHRMM Case Competition FACULTY" level.

Student Sign Up

Students who want to participate are expected to sign up under the "CAHRMM Case Competition STUDENT" level.
