Registration

• Active Member- No Charge
  Active member who has paid $55 or is part of Banner Health, Honor Health or Yuma Regional. If a paid member since 10/2024 your event will be covered for 2025. If you have not paid you membership please complete that prior to registering or immediately after. We will review registration to confirm membership.
• Non-Member Provider – $65.00
  Person working in healthcare facility within AZ but no active membership with AHMMA
• Vendor Breakfast Sponsor – $1,500.00
  $1500- and 15-minute speaking time during lunch, (logo showing sponsorship on all marketing materials for event) - will include table in the room if not already done through another sponsorship
• Vendor Lunch Sponsor – $2,500.00
  $2500 and 20 minute speaking time during lunch, (logo showing sponsorship on all marketing materials for event) - will include table in the room if not already done through another sponsorship
• Vendor- Non Member or Sponsor – $100.00
  Vendor without AHMMA Sponsorship Package
• Vendor Table Sponsor - Day of Event – $650.00
  $650 provides a table and two attendees for the event. There will be 3 vendor sessions for attendees to visit booths as well as a Scavenger Hunt to drive attendance to the booths.
• WAHRMM or AHMMA Vendor Sponsor
  This is for vendors who already have an active regional or AHMMA level sponsorship. The attendees are limited to 5 employees per sponsor. Please only choose this option if you have an active sponsorship.
