Dr. Matt Putman is an Advisor with Supply Chain Serpas and a consultant to healthcare supply chain organizations.  Formerly the Director of Supply Chain Operations for the Anschutz Academic Medical Center at UCHealth, which oversaw a 1,000-bed inpatient hospital, an outpatient pavilion, and other non-acute modalities. Having served in various roles within UCHealth, Matt has been in Supply Chain for over 15 years.

Originally from Nebraska, he moved to Fort Collins in 2001. He graduated from Hastings College (NE) in 2001 after enjoying an athletic career that included playing football as a Tight End and competing on the track & field teams, where he threw the discus and Hammer. His undergraduate degrees were in Sports Medicine and English. In 2013, he graduated with an MBA from Colorado State University. In October of 2025, Matt completed an Educational Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration.

Matt is married with two very active sons, one a Plebe at the United States Military Academy at West Point (Go Black Knights) and the other a Freshman in high school. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities, Scouting America events, and traveling.
