This form is for faculty and students of participating teams to register for the 2026 Rocky Mountain AHRMM Fall Conference and Student Case Competition. 

If you are interested in the event itself please register separately via this form. 

Team Composition:

  • Each university may register one undergraduate team. 
  • Teams must consist of 3–4 currently enrolled students. 
  • All team members must be officially registered via this form. 
  • No alternates permitted.
  • All members must meaningfully contribute and present
