Our ability to drive performance, retain talent, support succession planning, navigate change management, increase engagement, and facilitate growth is paramount for the continued growth of supply chain leader. Accessing mentoring and coaching in conjunction with on-the-job training and self-education are all needed requirements to have a comprehensive leadership development program. Educating emerging leaders on the function and importance of leadership development is an area that often gets overlooked through the normal human capital processes in most organizations.
